Library

The College has the Library block with well equipped furniture, sufficient Books, Nursing and Medical Journals, Periodicals, Newspapers etc for the Students and the Faculty to gain new knowledge and to develop independence in seeking and obtaining information.

                                                   

The Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences has introduced Helinet digital library, the facility to access the E - books E - journals from the library is also available. The students arrangements are comfortable for reading and writing. The students will be given borrowers card. While borrowing books these cards should be signed by the students and students and attested by the Chief librarian.

Laboratory
The College has all the laboratories with well equipped materials Viz, Anatomy Museum, Physiology and Bio-chemistry Laboratory, Fundamentals of Nursing Laboratory, Community Health Nursing Laboratory, Maternal and Child Health Laboratory, Nutrition Laboratory, Micro-Biology Laboratory, Educational Technology room, Computer room and Language Laboratory.

Class rooms
The College has well furnished classrooms for conducting Classes. The classrooms are well ventilated and comfortable arrangements are made for effective learning and teaching.

Transport
The Diana Education Trust (R) has its own buses to transport students to various destinations like hospitals, rural and urban community centers and for attending conferences, seminars, field visits and workshops. Experienced drivers are appointed in each bus.

Clinical Facilities
Professional Nursing is an art, which is dominated by an ideal service rendered by professional nurse. The college of nursing and school of nursing has made excellent opportunity to render ideal service in which certain principles are applied in the skillful care of patients at various sophisticated hospitals in Bangalore. Students may be assigned for observing and practicing what they are learning under careful supervision in the clinical area. 

Hostel & Mess
The Diana Education Trust (R) provides a furnished hostel facility for boys and girls. Separate Sleeping, Seating and Storage arrangements are the Key features of the hostel. The hostel is supervised by qualified full time warden and guarded by security.

The mess has a neat and clean dining hall for healthy food. Both Veg and non-veg food are available and kerala student are provided the Malayalee food. Strict mess timings must be followed. The hostel and mess fee should be paid on or before fifth of every month to the respective authority.

Student Nurse Association
A unit of students Nurses Association at an institutional level is the laudable feature of the Diana College of Nursing, Every year the delegates are elected by the Student Nurse Association members and every month Student Nurses Association promotes welfare of the students and includes curricular and extra curricular activities at university level.
