Introduction (About the B.Ed and D.Ed programme)
Diana College of Education – B.Ed and D.Ed Affiliated to BU and approved by NCTE. The B.Ed and D.Ed programmes have been designed to ensure a teacher develops the appropriate knowledge, skills and understanding. The duration of the B.Ed course is 1 year, whereas, the duration for the D.Ed course is 2 years.
The college is adequately equipped to provide the highest quality of education by means of audio and visual teaching aids, multimedia computers, innovative teaching techniques, seminars, laboratories and library. Besides, Micro teaching activities at Diana College of Education are carried out right from the beginning of the year. Students find this activity extremely rewarding during their practice teaching and final teaching assignments.
