• Selection is purely on merit. The right to select its students rests with the college. All Admissions finally has to go through an accordance of the P.U. Board. Norms and guidelines as prescribed from time to time by the Board & are strictly followed in conducting the Course.
• Compulsorily a student has to put in a cumulative attendance of minimum 85%
• Mobile phones are banned in the Diana independent PU College Campus.
• All students are required to wear the College uniform at all times within the campus
• Ragging in any form is strictly banned and is punishable under law.

Documents necessary prior to admission:

1. Original SSLC (or equivalent) Marks sheet.
   
2. Original Transfer Certificate (TC) issued by the school last studied.
   
3. Original Migration Certificate in cases of non-SSLC (Karnataka state) students.
   
4. Caste certificate - in cases of reserved categories.
   
5. Two sets of photocopies of each of the above mentioned documents.
   
6. Passport size most recent photograph six copies & stamp-size photograph two copies to be enclosed in an envelope with name & stream mentioned on it.

Tests / Examination
Tests and examinations are held regularly at pre determined dates . In addition, the College conducts an Annual Exam for 1st year students and a Preparatory Exam for the second year students, before the PUC Exams.

Application form for admission may be obtained from the office on payment by cash. The Prospectus should be read carefully before filling the application form. The form must be filled in block letters in English and no overwriting should be done. If any of the particulars are found be false, such applications will be rejected.

Fee
Once the fee paid will not be refunded or transfered at any circumstances against any cancellation / withdrawal of the admission due to any reason. If any, the candidate must pay the fee of subsequent academic years against cancellation / Withdrawal. Fees to be paid in cash or DD
