DIPLOMA IN EDUCATION (D.Ed)
DURATION OF THE COURSE
This is a two years programme & Internship practice
Eligibility for Admission
A Candidate seeking admission to the D.Ed Course should have
- Passed the two years pre-university examination with 50% Marks or its equivalent. In case of commerce students they should have studied any two School subjects.
- 2. For S.C, S.T, Category - I students and handicapped students should have taken 45% in P.U.C. or its Equivalent Exam
ANNOUNCEMENT OF EXAMINATION AND RESULTS
At the end of the Academic year K.S.E.E.B will conduct both theory and practical examinations for I year and II year D.Ed students. From Education -1 to Education - 4 for theory examination and from Education - 5 to Education - 6 for practical examination.
To pass in the examination a student - teacher should take minimum 50% in each subject including internal (theory)and
External (Practical) examination

ATTENDANCE
A Student - Teacher must have 80% of attendance during academic year.
TEACHING PRACTICAL
Every Student - Teacher hasto teach for 40 days in I year and 40 days in II year in Primary Schools.
