 Education is all round development of an individual. It includes two components Teaching and Learning. Teaching is the Stimulation, Guidance, Direction and Encouragement of Learning. Learning is the process of developing the ability to respond adequately to a situation. It is a shared effort of faculty and students. The Teacher is responsible for Selection, Direction and Evaluation of Learning experiences whereas the student is respondent to Learning experiences as active Participant.
