In the Garden City of Bangalore the Diana Education Trust ® was Established on 13-07-2002, by a team of dedicated members, who had a desire to carry out social activities for the people of R.T. Nagar and surrounding areas. The members of the Trust have selected the area of Health and Education for their activities. The Trust has certain specific objectives to provide Education - General - Technical - Medical, Para-Medical, Professional, to the members of the Society. It also intends to undertake Projects, Schemes, Program's of all kinds to improve the Social, Educational and Cultural dimensions of the members of the society.

To fulfill these objectives as a step in the field of Education, Diana Education Trust started a School of Nursing and later a College of Nursing. The Nursing Education under the trust has been recognized by the Karnataka State Government, Karnataka State Nursing Council and Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi.

 In the beginning the focus was on Nursing Education. Later the members of the Trust decided to start courses relating to Professional Education. This is a laudable feature of the Trust. The Trust has also got recognition from the Government of Karnataka and the National Council of Teachers Education Bangalore to start D.Ed Course and B.Ed, Central Board of Secondary Education to start Public school, Karnataka PU Board to run PU independent college, Recognized by Bangalore university to start B.Com and B.Acourses, Board of Examining Authority (Drugs Control Dept.) to run D-Pharma courses
